International Order Payment Instructions:

    We truly appreciate our International customers. However due to merchant system Security Issues, We will only be able to process International Orders with Confirmed Address PayPal Account Payments, with correct confirmed Billing Address   OR   International Money Order  from EMS or Western Union sent to this Mailing Address: Upscale Handbags, 13904 NW 109th Lane, Alachua, FL  32615.

International Agreement and Shipping Guidelines:

When an order is shipped outside the United States of America there can be no returns, unless the buyer is willing to pay for all shipping costs involved. Otherwise all sales are Final !

Submit your order by selecting ~ International (standard) ~ as your shipping method, or you may choose: UPS Worldwide Expedited^SM

Select payment method PayPal or International Money Order.

We will only be able to ship to your Confirmed Billing Address.

The shipping charges will be determined and added to your Order Total, and the Package will be Insured.

We will not be responsible for any custom duties from the customs of your country (You the Customer will be responsible for any fees or duties your package may incure from your countries customs office). By placing an order you are agreeing to and accepting these rules and conditions. 

Package will be shipped via Insured Airmail or Express Mail Service(EMS). Normally it takes 4 to 10 business days for delivery.

Items will be shipped next business day if in stock, or in 1-8 weeks if on back order or coming from our Italy warehouse.

You may send your payment via your PayPal Account as long as you have a Confirmed address with PayPal.
You may also send your payment with a Western Union or EMS International Money Order.
